6 chicken breast halves 1 c. Heinz barbecue sauce with mushrooms 1/2 c. ketchup Juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. finely chopped onion Lightly salt chicken and place in a baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Pork Steak...
PORK TASTES GOOD!
Ingredients
- 2 pork shoulder (Boston butt) steaks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork steaks on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in the skillet and cook until browned on each side, about 4 minutes per side.
- Place sliced onions on top of the steaks in the pan. Stir together the ketchup and water in a medium bowl; pour over the steaks. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook for about 2 hours. The longer you cook, the better the meat tastes.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 T-bone steaks (3 1/4 pounds total), cut 1 inch thick, at room temperature
Directions
1. Light a grill. In a small bowl, mix the ancho chile powder, cumin, paprika and garlic powder with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Season the steaks with the spice rub. Grill over moderate heat for 8 minutes per side for medium-rare; transfer to a work surface and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
