 If you are not familiar with the delicious St.Louis lets bring you up to speed. This a pork rib that has been cut down from the spare rib. Not to be confused with the baby back rib which is cut from the top of the rib connecting the spine. St Louis ribs are a center cut of the rib, were the bones start to flatten out. Now you may ask why are the called St.Louis ribs they are also called Kansas City ribs. I think everyone is trying to lay claim for making BBQ ribs famous, no matter what you call them if fixed right they are yummie. Stop in for some cooking ideas for your St.Louis ribs

Hello everyone...

The last couple weeks it has been so nice out, it makes it so hard to find time to blog and i have I have started training for West Milton triathlon. If anyone feels like running and biking sign up I like the competition. Well enough about me, we no I could blog all day about that. Lets talk meat

We have some super half pound specialty burgers...mmmmm. Jalapeno burgers  and monterey jack Cajun burgers they are delicious. 

I am going to have a guest blogger for the weekend to tell us all about chorizo. Hopefully next week we will be producing our own.
