Sorry I did not get to see all your wonderful faces on Saturday. If you were in on Saturday you no I was not there. I was in the big city of Cleveland doing some food research. I hit the west side market and the famous sausage shoppee. I also expanded my pallet with some fine dinning at Lolas and the Green house. I picked up all kinds of great ideas for my new produced lines.

It was finally time I FACE it -- yes--- Facebook.

Another resolution I have made is to try to join 2010 and be more Internet savvy.  This continues to be a struggle for me -- But we now have a Troy Meat Shop Facebook page--- ask to be a friend.  Please remember I am not much of a chit chatter on the web.
