Sewy sewy Andouille....
This delicious spicy sausage is a New Orleans favorite, and with Mardi Gras right around the corner Troy Meat Shop is ready to party Cajun style.
Lets talk andouille, it is a spicy coarsely ground sausage in a natural casing then smoked...
This hot little sausage is very universal in use. Pretty much any sausage recipe that that needs a kick andouille will do. Most people use andouille in jambalaya, gumbo, mix it into their burgers or omelets and even BBQ sauces.
So come in and try a sample of our own homemade andouille, we would love your feedback on our new recipe..
