Ground Cow!!!! MOOO

hello, everyone spring is upon us and it is time 2 start thinking about your grill.. More important what you are going 2 put on it....

Lets talk HAMBURGER or to be more specific ground chuck... Hamburger has been around 4 ever. The huns would take scraps of meat press them together and put it under the saddle of their horse then ride mmmm. That sounds tasty after the ride they could eat there tenderized meat raw... I know that is sounding great 2 ya.. I believe the name we no now HAMBURGER comes from a German town Hamburg were they would grind up scraps into patties,it was the poor mans food no wonder i like it so much...

We have come along way since them I cut up whole chucks and rounds 2 go into our ground chuck AKA HAMBURGER.. Not scraps n fat good lean meat.. I don't no if u buy ground chuck @ any other place(shame on u) but if u buy some troy meat shop chuck u will no the difference..We cut and grind all our chuck in house fresh everyday... I don't want 2 mention any names but there are alot of places that don't have grinders!!! Were are they getting that stuff from???? Check the label Canada ,Mexico!!(it may say enhanced) yiikes!!! Is that what u want 2 eat sum ground what ever from MEXICO!!!!! So if your worried about what u put in your body or your kids body stop in... Our ground chuck is 85% lean with absolutely nothing added 2 it...
